Weird Trees From Around The World

======================================================

Here are some really strange trees from around this weird wonderful world. From the top down you can see: the Bike Tree (above), Fat Tree, Fork Tree, Six Branches Tree, Smiley Tree and the Snake Tree.

It was Buddha who said:
“A tree is a wonderful living organism which gives shelter, food, warmth and protection to all living things. It even gives shade to those who wield an axe to cut it down.”

And Joyce Kilmer immortalised the grace and beauty of trees in poetry:
“I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.
A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
Against the earth’s sweet flowing breast;
A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;
A tree that may in Summer wear
A nest of robins in her hair;
Upon whose bosom snow has lain;
Who intimately lives with rain.
Poems are made by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree.”

Here we present some of the most amazing and unusual trees from around the world. They include the Basket Tree, Giant Sequoias of California, Circus Tree, Chapel-Oak. Tule Tree. Banyan Tree, and Baobab Trees – including one with a toilet built inside it.

Yoda – The Cat With Four Ears

Yoda – The Cat With Four Ears

Meet Yoda, a household pet born with an extra pair of ears.

Chicago, Illinois, couple Valerie and Ted Rock took the cat in two years ago after they visited a local bar, where a group of drinkers were handing the animal around and making fun of him.

Since being adopted by the Rocks and after getting his picture posted on the Internet, the two-year-old feline has become an international media celebrity.

The Rocks have received calls from Good Morning America, Fox News and The Tyra Banks Show. The moggy’s mugshot has graced the pages of the London Guardian and British tabloids.

His extra ears are thought to be the result of a genetic mutation.

But Yoda’s owners are keeping a close watch on their much-loved pet. They are concerned he could be catnapped because he is so different.

Look into my eyes, look into my eyes, the eyes, the eyes, not around the eyes, don’t look around the eyes, look into my eyes. [click] You’re under!”

That was a line from amazing hypnotist character Kenny Craig from the ‘Little Britain’ award-winning British TV series.

We don’t know about you, but we think our two-year-old Saudi kitty above has very hypnotic eyes. Just keep looking into them, and you will soon be under their spell.

Kitty has one brown eye and one blue eye and is a mixture of Persian and Siamese. And Kitty comes from Riyadh.
